This documentary follows the lives of immigrants who work as domestic help in the United Kingdom. The documentary exposes the conditions workers are forced to under and their struggle to survive, and finds out what they really think. Ought to give food for thought.
Parked (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)
In this bittersweet comedy, Colm Meaney plays a middle-aged man named Fred, who, after returning to Ireland with no place to stay, must live in his car. He soon strikes up a friendship with a young man who parks beside him, as well a music teacher named Jules. Perfect midweek fare, so.
Everyone’s talking about… Never Mind The Buzzcocks
The long-running comedy panel show was canceled yesterday after 18 years on television. In its latest incarnation, the show was hosted by Rhod Gilbert, though Mark Lamarr and Simon Amstell had previously been at the helm.
Fans have expressed their disappointment at the show’s cancellation, including one Ellie Goulding.
