What to watch on TV tonight: Friday

Here are the shows that will be on your Twitter timeline this evening.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Late Late Show (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

Tonight Ryan will be joined by Panti Bliss, Francis Brennan, Richard Branson and Professor Green. Marty Mone from Castleblayney will also appear on the show to perform his viral hit Hit The Diff. While on a tractor. #TheLateLateShow

The Graham Norton Show (BBC One, 10.35pm)

Meanwhile, over on BBC One, Graham Norton will be having the chats with Robert DeNiro and Anne Hathaway about their new film, The Intern, as well as Kenneth Branagh and Tom Hiddleston. Slightly different to The Late Late Show, so.

Gogglebox (Channel 4, 9pm)

This week, we’ll be treated to commentary on everything from Sex Diaries; Webcam Couples to Strictly Come Dancing. Please God, let them talk about Daniel O’Donnell’s waltz. #gogglebox

Everyone’s talking about… Catastrophe

Here’s some good news of a Friday — Catastrophe is returning sooner than you thought!

The show’s star Rob Delaney revealed earlier that the show will be back on Channel 4 on October 27th. HURRAH!

If you still haven’t watched Catastrophe, get thee to 4OD immediately.

Or flick over for…

  • Wall Street (RTÉ One, 11.55pm) Greed is good, and all that.
  • The Fast and The Furious (TV3, 10.30pm) Can’t be arsed with The Late Late? Watch lads race one another on TV3.
  • Have I Got News For You (BBC One, 9pm) Jeremy Clarkson (yep!) hosts the first installment of the new series.
  • Later – with Jools Holland (BBC Two, 11.30pm) Music from The Weeknd, David Gilmour and a Ukrainian folk band, because of course.
  • Alan Carr: Chatty Man (Channel 4, 10pm) Alan has the bants with Sarah Millican, Alesha Dixon and Gareth Malone.
