What to watch on TV tonight: Sunday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

American Crime (RTÉ Two, 9.55pm)

This new drama follows a divorced couple whose lives are thrown into turmoil when their son is murdered. From the writer of 12 Years a Slave, the show has been warmly received in the US by critics and audiences alike. Make it your new Sunday night fix.

Crufts 2015: Best in Show (Channel 4, 7pm)

Is there anything better than watching pristine dogs parade around the place and get judged by a serious panel of dog experts? Absolutely not. Settle in with a cup of tea this evening and enjoy. #Crufts2015

Meteor Choice Music Prize (RTÉ Two, 10.50pm)

The Gloaming reigned supreme at this week’s Meteor Choice Music Prize with their album beating off stiff competition from the likes of Hozier, U2, Aphex Twin and Damien Rice. The evening wasn’t all about the awards, however, as there were performances from Delorentos and Riptide Movement. Catch up with it on the box tonight. #MeteorChoice

Everyone’s talking about… Supergirl

People were afforded their first glimpse at Supergirl last week when CBS released photos from the new series.

The series will star Melissa Benoist in the titular role and started shooting last week.
