What to watch on TV tonight: Friday
Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
The Graham Norton Show (BBC 1, 10.35pm)
The Late Late may be gone for the summer, but we’ve still got a bit of Graham left. This week, he’s joined by Samuel L Jackson, Stephen Merchant and comedian Amy Schumer. Music is provided by Muse.
Alan Carr Chatty Man (Channel 4, 10pm)
The chatty lad will be hosting Peter Kay, The Indestructible Kimmy Schmidt star Ellie Kemper, and American Idol star Adam Lambert. James Bay performs, and we hope he’ll be wearing his hat.
Celeste and Jesse Forever (RTÉ 2, 11.25pm)
Andy Samberg and Rashinda Jones star in this rom com about a couple who marry young but now find themselves in the middle of a divorce. They attempt to stay friends despite the split, but they start finding the whole moving on thing gets a little too tough to handle.
Everyone is talking about… Tallafornia Marc
Marc O’Neill entered the Big Brother house last week, and he’s been causing a stir ever since.
Last night he managed to fight with housemate Chloe Wilburn, as well as make out with Sam Kay.
After Sam came out to the garden in a bikini, O’Neill said he’d have sex with her if he was drunk enough.
What a charmer.
In seriousness though, he later claimed nothing would happen with her because he likes her too much. Wtf?
Puke bucket, anyone? They later made out in bed so there’s that.
Or flick over for…
White Chicks (TV 3, 10.30pm) It’s not big, it’s not clever, but it sure is amusing.
Mary Berry’s Absolute Favourites (BBC 2, 8pm) Anything Mary loves, we love.
Letters to Juliet (RTÉ 1, 9.35pm) Rom com with Amanda Seyfried trying to rack down the author of a love letter she finds at an ancient site.
American Odyssey (RTÉ 2, 9.35pm) A new series starring Anna Friel as a military Sargent who stumbles upon bad behaviour by a major US corporation.
