Over the past ten weeks, the bakers have been baking up a storm in the tent. Now, the final three will be battling it out for the title. The showstopper will be classic British cakes, and we’re kinda not ready to let it go.
Downton Abbey (TV3, 9pm)
FINALLY, Irish viewers get to see the third episode of the new season. A wedding is almost derailed, surprise guests make an appearance, Spratt has something to hide, and Daisy is jumping to conclusions and causing a mess for Isobel. In a word, drama.
This Is Forty (RTÉ 1, 9.35pm)
The sequel to Knocked Up, this comedy centers around a couple who are about to turn 40 but begin to realise that they just can’t cope with it. Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann star.
Everyone is talking about… Childbirth
Last night, Maia Dunphy’s look at the truth about childbirth was broadcast on RTÉ 2 and it was… eyeopening.

The documentary revealed Maia’s fears and anxieties about giving birth to her first child, while taking a look at some of the more… alternative ways of mothering, and things got emotional.
