Everyone’s talking about… yep, STILL EASTENDERS

Fair play to Eastenders, they’ve got their milage out of the 30th anniversary and death of Lucy Beale. Last night it was revealed that Lucy’s younger brother Bobby was responsible for her death, and people just couldn’t cope.

Not only that, but Dot Cotton was hauled off for killing her son Nick, and Kathy Beale made a surprise appearance. Eh, isn’t she supposed to be dead?

The dramatic twists and turns all paid off, with an hour long average of 10.8m viewers during the 7.30pm show, peaking at 11.9m in the UK.
