What to watch on TV tonight: Thursday
DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
Smalltown (TV3, 10pm)
A new homegrown drama starring Pat Shortt, Smalltown tells the story of a young man who leaves Ireland to seek new opportunities in Ireland. Gerard Barrett, who directed Glassland and Pilgrim Hill, is behind it so we have high hopes. #smalltown
Find Me A Home (RTE One, 8.30pm)
New documentary series about those trying to rent, buy and sell on the housing market in Ireland. Don’t blame us if it gives you heart palpitations, though. #findmeahome
The Supervet: Bionic Specials (Channel 4, 8pm)
The final episode of the series follows Noel as he attempts to help a rottweiler named Lulu and a doberman named Maori, two dogs who struggle with walking. Already totes emosh.
Everyone’s talking about… Eamonn Holmes
The Sky News broadcaster has announced that he is leaving Sky News after eleven years.
Holmes released a statement this morning announcing his intention to leave and focus on other projects.
