What to watch on TV tonight: Thursday

Here’s the telly that everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Fair City (RTÉ One, 8pm)

Last night, Irish people gathered around their televisions hoping, nay, praying for a conclusion to the interminable Katy storyline. Sadly our pleas were not met and the story continues to rollick along. Will we be put out of our misery tonight? Only one way to find out.  #faircity

Mommy Dead and Dearest (Sky Atlantic, 9pm)

Haunting true crime documentary about Gypsy Rose Blanchard, a young woman who murdered her mother after years of psychological abuse. (Here’s a good primer on the case.)

The Supervet (Channel 4, 8pm)

The most wholesome show on television. <3 #supervet

Everyone’s talking about… Coronation Street

Last night’s episode ended with a tribute to the people of Manchester following Monday night’s attack.

A wonderful gesture.
