Everyone’s talking about… Bill Maher

The comedian has caused outrage after he used a racial slur on last night’s episode of Real Time with Bill Maher.

Maher was interviewing Senator Ben Sasse when he joked that he was a “house n****r”.

The 61-year-old has neither apologised for nor defended his use of the slur, but Senator Ben Sasse has apologised for not speaking out during the interview.

Maher has previously been criticised for making Islamophobic statements on his show.
