Here's what to watch on TV tonight: Saturday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline this evening.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Wreck-it Ralph (RTÉ 1, 6.35pm)

This Disney movie is certainly not just for kids. A video game villain starts to dislike being the bad guy, and visits other games to see if he can become a hero for a change. His actions cause havoc on the arcade so he’s set up to save the day. Adorable.

QI XL (BBC 2, 9pm)

Stephen Fry, soon-to-be-ex host of the show, hosts an extended version of the quiz. Sheila Hancock, Jimmy Carr, Jeremy Clarkson and all the usuals will be in the studio.

American Gangster (RTÉ 2, 9pm)

Drug boss Frank Lucas basically owned New York’s underword in the 70s. This movie tells the story of how he got there, and a detective who can’t seem to nail him now. Starring Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe.

Everyone is talking about… Sam Smith’s amazing performance on Graham Norton

Last night’s Graham Norton Show was a bond special, featuring the starts of the new movie Spectre. Daniel Craig, Christoph Waltz and Naomie Harris all took to the sofa, but it was Bond theme Writings on the Wall that stole the show.

Sam Smith took to the stage to perform the first ever live version of the new theme with a full orchestra.
