Everyone’s talking about… Jean Alexander

The Coronation Street legend Jean Alexander, aka Hilda Ogden has died at the age of 90. She played one of the soaps best loved characters, and was the number one trending topic on Twitter this morning with fans mourning the loss.

Hilda stayed in Weatherfield for 23 years before leaving for good in 1987.
