What to watch on TV tonight: Thursday
Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
Troy (Channel 4, 11.05pm)
If you haven’t been tripping enough these past few days, let street magician Troy melt your mind with his slick tricks. Troy hits the London streets to continue baffling and surprising unsuspecting members of the public with his frankly scary wizardry. Tonight’s episode promises a massive finale on a ghost tour.
Don’t Tell the Bride (RTÉ 2, 9pm)
We await another groom-to-be creating a series of avoidable screw-ups as he attempts to call all the shots in order to give his bride her dream wedding. Tonight’s episode includes a homemade cake, a toothless groom, and a bin lorry. Sounds ideal.
The Toughest Trade (TV 3, 10pm)
This documentary explores the radical differences between GAA and other club games. To illustrate, they’re swapping a hurler and a Gaelic footballer with baseball and soccer stars. We bet they’ll be great at those and all, the jammers.
Everyone is talking about… Top Gear, of course
What’s going to happen to Top Gear now that Jeremy Clarkson has been suspended? Fans of the motoring show are NOT impressed with the news that the controversial presenter has been suspended for allegedly punching a producer over the lack of a steak dinner on location.

A petition to reinstate Clarkson is now officially Change.org’s fastest growing online petition, receiving 300,000 signatures in just 18 hours.
Right now? It stands at 708,537 Clarkson fans.
Or flick over for…
Comic Relief (Operation Health BBC 1, 9pm) Comedian Lenny Henry leads a pack of celebs in building a rural health centre in Uganda that has long been unusable.
Tracks and Trails (RTÉ 1, 7pm) Travel journalist Pól O Conghaile walks the Comeragh Mountains in west Waterford.
No Limbs, No Limits (RTÉ 1, 10.15pm) In case you missed the story of Joanne O’riordan. Born with Tetra-amelia syndrome, this documentary celebrates her inspiring achievements.
How To Get Away With Murder (RTÉ 2, 10.00pm) What should be your new favourite US drama, continues.
