The Great Sport Relief Bake Off (BBC 1, 8.30pm)

Missing the bake off…? It’s back, this time with four celebrities tackling the baking challenges. It’s all in aid of Sport Relief, and comedian Jason Manford, goalkeeper David James, Eastenders actress Maddy Hill, and Samantha Cameron are all stepping up to canapes, Paris Brest, and a trophy cake.

Operation Transformation (RTE 1, 8.30pm)

We’re almost half way there. The first three leaders face the scales tonight and Roz Purcell shows off her dance moves. But, we all know you’re just tuning in to see the cute schoolkids do their dances.
