What to watch on TV tonight: Tuesday

Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow

Champions League Paris Saint-Germain v Chelsea (TV 3, 7.30pm)

Oh come on, everyone will be watching it. The knockout rounds begin with live coverage from Parc des Princes, so get those sport chants ready. Will Zlatan get his tattoos out? We can only hope.

Rhod’s Work Experience (BBC 2, 10pm)

Comedian Rhod Gilbert sets out to try as many jobs in Wales as he possibly can. This week he’s getting to grips with caring for animals, as he becomes a vet for a day. Expect artifical insemination and constipated dogs. Yeah, good luck with that.

The Lovely Bones (Film 4, 9pm)

Saoirse Ronan stars in the film adaptation of the novel narrated by a young girl who is abducted and murdered, as she watches from Heaven as her family attempt to come to terms with her death. This Oscar-nominated drama directed by Peter Jackson is disturbing in parts, but well worth a watch.

Everybody’s talking about… Madonna and Jonathan Ross

It’s official. Madonna is going to be doing a special with Jonathan Ross to promote her new album Rebel Heart. It will be the first meeting of the pair since 2003, and will take place in March.

Wossy said:

Madonna is remarkable. A bold, daring, uncompromising superstar who shot to the top back in the ’80s and has remained there ever since. I am hoping this interview will be as memorable and revealing as the first time I sat down with her over 20 years ago.

She’ll perform and chat, and the whole show will be dedicated to her. Once a diva, and all that…
