Here are the shows that’ll be on your Twitter timeline later.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Burger Bar to Gourmet Star (Channel 4, 8pm)

In this new take on the cookery programme genre, burger chefs with no culinary training are thrown into fancy restaurants and given a crash course in cookery from some of Britain’s top chefs. In the first episode, burger van owner Carl learns the trick of the trade – will he cut it?

Teens (Channel 4, 10pm)

Elsewhere on Channel 4 is the new documentary series Teens. The no-holds-barred series follows a group of teens who pledge to share their every phone call, text and tweet with the documentary makers to give a glimpse into the lives of teenagers today. *shudders*

Dara and Ed’s Big Adventure (BBC Two, 9pm)

If you missed it on RTÉ first time around, the three-part series begins airing on BBC Two tonight. Watch as noted patriot Dara Ó Briain and Ed Byrne travel the American content and become acquainted with Mexican wrestling.

Everyone’s talking about… Clarkson doing Countryfile?

Controversial presenter Jeremy Clarkson is reportedly plotting his return to television in a Top Gear-esque show about farming. The presenter is said to be thinking about pitching various ideas at the moment, but this one seems to be top of the pile.

It’s about trying to run a farm when you don’t know anything about farming, and… getting things wrong, in a Top Gear-esque way.

Clarkson previously tried to get the project off the ground in 2012.

Elsewhere, a decision on Clarkson’s fate as presenter of Top Gear is expected imminently. Eek. (The Independent)
