Philip Boucher-Hayes’ show that continues to upset the nation by telling us chicken nuggets and chicken fillet rolls can’t possibly be healthy to eat. Still, it’s an interesting watch.

Doctor in the House (TV 3, 9pm)

The lads are visiting the Fortune family in Wicklow to help them eat better and to make us all reevaluate the amount of shite we eat on a regular basis. Some of us are starting to see a pattern here…

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy (Film 4, 9pm)

Based on the novel by John Le Carre, this thriller follows the hunt for a Soviet agent who is a mole in the British secret service.
