What to watch on TV tonight: Tuesday

This is the telly everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DAILYEDGE.IE ROUNDS UP the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

Home of the Year (RTÉ One, 8.30pm)

Tonight the judges are going to select the winner from seven finalists. The finalists are from all over the country, from Clare and West Cork to Armagh and Clontarf. Judges Deirdre Whelan, Patrick Bradley and Hugh Wallace will choose the winner. If ever there was a show to make us depressed about living in a house-share or with our parents, this is it.

The World’s Most Luxurious Airline (Channel 4, 10pm)

This documentary provides exclusive access to some of the planes that are run by Singapore Airlines. You’ll see the lengths that the airline goes to in order to build a first-class suite for the mega-rich and shows the outrageous demands that passengers demand while they’re on board. Forget a tin of Pringles and a cup of tea on the plane, these people have Michelin-style food and bottomless champagne. It’s no Ryanair, anyway.

Flight HS13 (Channel 4, 11pm)

Speaking of airplanes, this new drama kicks off tonight. A woman’s life is completely changed after her husband Simon heads out on a routine business trip to Barcelona. His flight crashes, and every passenger on-board is killed. However, when the list of the victims comes out, it turns out Simon never boarded his flight. His wife, Liv, goes on a mission to discover where Simon really is.
