What to watch on TV tonight: Wednesday

This is the telly everyone will be talking about tomorrow.

DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Pat Kenny Show: Referendum Debate (TV3, 10pm)

If, somehow, you’re not absolutely sick of TV debates about Friday’s referendum, TV3 are airing two more debates this evening. The first is Pat Kenny’s Referendum Special which will feature a live audience and a panel that includes Minister for Social Protection, Regina Doherty alongside Amnesty Ireland’s Colm O’Gorman. On the ‘No’ side, Senator Rónán Mullen was supposed to be joined by lawyer Maria Steen, but she has pulled out and it is not yet known who will replace her.

Stressed (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)

If, you do happen to be completely sick of referendum debates, journalist Jennifer O’Connell’s new two-part series looks at the science of stress, examines a survey of Ireland’s stress levels and meets a group of people who are looking to measure and tackle their stress levels.

Darkness Into Light (TV3, 9pm)

This year, TV3′s cameras followed various Darkness Into Light walks across Ireland including the Phoenix Park, Carrick-on-Suir and Bray. They spoke to the people participating in the walk and learned the stories of people who were walking to empower themselves, as well as others who were walking in memory of loved ones who have been lost to suicide.
