Noughties dreamboat Chad was originally pegged for the role of Nathan, but Chad fought for the role of Lucas due to his connection with the character’s abandonment issues.
The brooding heart-throb looked like he had a bright future ahead of him, with leading roles in Freaky Friday with Lindsay Lohan, A Cinderella Story with Hilary Duff, and House of Wax with Paris Hilton.
Most recently he’s starred in The Beach House, a made-for-Television film with Minka Kelly and Andie MacDowell.
After a short-lived marriage to co-star Sophia Bush, he’s now married to another of his former co-stars, Sarah Roemer, and the couple have two sons.

In 2011, her 9 year old cousin was killed during the assassination attempt on Democratic Representative Gabrielle Giffords. The environment is also an especial cause for her along with global poverty.

Last October the actress made headline news during the #MeToo tsunami of sexual abuse stories from Hollywood. Hilarie had a twitter conversation with writer Shanice Brim about the time that Ben Affleck groped her on live TV.
Hilarie Burton married actor Jefferey Dean Morgan in 2014 and the pair are parents to son Gus and daughter George (sidenote: did they copy Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds who called their daughter James? Is this a trend? Is ‘Fred’ going to be the new name on the block for baby girls?)

Bethany Joy Lenz encapsulated the role of the quintessential all-American, good-girl-next-door for all the 9 seasons that the show was on, but since it ended in 2012 she has yet to find her feet in any meaningful acting role. She was a recurring character for five episodes on Dexter in 2013 and for two episodes of Grey’s Anatomy this year and has been in four Television films over the past four years.
In 2014, she created a Kickstarter fundraising page to release an EP but due to legal proceedings with her producer, the project had to be halted. She changed her team and was performing under the name Joy Lenz and the Firepit band but their Facebook page hasn’t been updated since 2016.
