Who's the mammy? Hugh Grant becomes a father
HUGH GRANT HAS become a father for the first time, it was revealed last night.
Carrie Gordon, a publicist for the British actor said that Grant is “the delighted father of a baby girl”.
Gordon explained that the 51-year-old About A Boy star had a “fleeting affair” with the mother of the baby but did not disclose her identity.
“While this was not planned, Hugh could not be happier or more supportive,” she added.
The Notting Hill and Love Actually actor has previously had high-profile relationships with model-actress Elizabeth Hurley and socialite Jemima Khan.
Rumours about the mystery identity of the baby’s mother are now floating across the web.
The Telegraph reports that 32-year-old Tinglan Hong is the mother of Grant’s baby girl.
According to the newspaper, the Chinese actress, who was romantically linked to Grant earlier this year, gave birth on 26 September at the private Portland Hospital in London.
It has been a busy couple of days for mystery (celebrity) moms and pops. Earlier, news broke of Justin Bieber’s denials that he fathered a child with a fan.
