NYC to attempt Guinness world record... for twerking
WANT TO BE a part of ‘booty shaking history’?
This is your chance. New Orleans rapper and dance performer, Big Freedia, is attempting to co-ordinate the effort in order to promote her reality show, ‘Big Freedia: Queen of Bounce’.
The Guinness World Record attempt will take place in New York’s Herald Square at 12pm next Wednesday, September 25.
We’re booking our flights as we speak.
The record they’re aiming for is ‘most people twerking simultaneously’, and will be an inaugural entry to the record books.
They only need 250 to achieve the record, but with only 195 said to be going on the Facebook event page, we’re concerned.
