THIS DAY LAST week, many of us were recovering from the shocking testimony of Carol Bryan on The Late Late Show, after she shared her horror story about her experience with dermal fillers.

The former model was left severely disfigured, to the point where she could not even leave the house to visit her own mother in a hospice, and had to say her final goodbye through a phonecall. Getting reconstructive surgery and attempting to rebuild her old face has not been easy at all. She told Ryan Tubridy that she has had multiple surgeries which included a number of skin grafts from her back.

Then, just a few days later, a Dublin clinic shared a photograph of a woman who had lip fillers done by a beautician in the middle east who made house calls. This beautician accidentally made an error that resulted in the woman losing her lip. Yeah, that’s possible apparently. It’s quite graphic, so be warned. 

We’re wondering, with all of these horror stories going around as of late, whether you’d still consider lip or dermal fillers of any kind, or do you think it’s just a load of panic over nothing?
