FINDING SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION in Dublin is difficult at the best of times – though the market has softened in recent years, with supply beginning to match and exceed demand, landlords still routinely ask for a minimum lease of 12 months and often it’s difficult to negotiate on that.
However, if you’re in need of a rustic short-term accommodation spot in Dublin in the very near future, we’ve found a spot you might need. This ad went up on Daft.ie earlier.
It even – according to its advertiser, anyway – has modern perks like central heating and wheelchair access. You can even have pets! (Click the image for a high-resolution version).
The letting agent - a certain 'Mr Plow' - also provides this gallery of the luxury spot.
Having checked with Daft.ie, we can even confirm that Mr Plow (whoever he is) did in fact pay the usual €25 fee to put the advert online.
If you're interested, you may want to investigate the option on the Daft.ie page offering help in furnishing your new pad.
