IN THE FIVE days since Zayn Malik released his latest track, Let Me, the singer has been dealt a fairly hefty blow after his long-time manager, Sarah Stennett, decided to drop him as a client.
According to emerging reports, Zayn’s short fuse was the catalyst for the decision, with rumours abound that the former One Direction member is a bit of a nightmare to work with.
Having represented Zayn since his departure from One Direction in 2015, Sarah told Variety that the decision was made with the best intentions of all parties in mind.
Sometimes in life you have to make extremely difficult decisions to effect positive change for everyone.
Sarah, who is also co-founder of First Access Entertainment, supported Zayn throughout periods of crippling anxiety in recent years which ultimately led to the cancellation of multiple high-profile appearances.
Sources close to First Access Entertainment have described Zayn as ‘challenging to work with’, with the singer having declined the opportunity to promote previous records…. which, to be fair, is his job.
