AFTER BEING IN One Direction together for 4 years and touring with each other non stop, you’d kind of expect that the lads would all be pretty close friends.

Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case between Niall Horan and Zayn Malik according to Niall at least. He was speaking to Australian show Today’s Entertainment reporter Richard Wilkins who was asking if all the lads still kept in touch.

Harry is doing his tour. Louis is making more music. Liam is down in Mexico at the minute. We are all like to keep in touch.

As you can see Zayn’s name is mysteriously absent from that list and Richard Wilkins was also to quick to pick up on the missing member and asked Niall about it. Niall said he wasn’t sure where Zayn was at the moment.

Actually, I spoke to Zayn about three weeks ago. We had a big conversation and on text and stuff. But Zayn is the kind of fella that changes his number every five minutes. Don’t know where he’s at.

That kind of sounds like Zayn is trying to get rid of the lads and is about 5 mins away from saying ‘Nu fone, who dis’ to poor Niall.

Zayn left the band in 2015 and has since gone on to have a successful solo career. We’re just said he’s not having late night pillow talk chats with Niall. We can dream.
