'Very sad' little boy loses his World Cup stickers in Dublin, Twitter mobilises in support

Can you help find it?

FOR ANYONE WHO collected football stickers as a kid, this sign on some railings in Dublin will be heartbreaking:

Yes, a ‘very sad little boy’ lost his Panini World Cup sticker album in the park at Belgrave Square in Rathmines on Thursday.

HAVE to stop keeping these chopped onions at our desks.

Anyway, as well as the notices, the poor fella’s dad put out an appeal on Twitter. Here’s what the album looks like:

As far as we can tell, the album still hasn’t been found. But there have been some frankly lovely responses.

People have offered to give him their own album:

@niallfitz If it doesn't show up, he can have mine. I prob have about 90 stickers in the album but he's welcome to it if he doesn't get his?
